We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. The site was redesigned with this standard in mind.
What we’ve done
- Clear heading structure and page titles on every page
- Text alternatives for project photos
- Color contrast that meets WCAG AA
- Full keyboard navigation, with visible focus states
- Forms with labels and clear error messages
- Layouts that work on phones and when text is enlarged to 200%
- Motion kept to a minimum, with no auto-playing sliders
Known limitations
- Embedded Google Maps may not be fully accessible. Our address is always shown as text next to each map.
- Some older project photos may have brief descriptions while we improve them.
